A password won't be required unless you have previously registered and/or made a purchase on the site. If you have registered and/or previously made a purchase on the site you will only be asked for your password at checkout. If at this stage you have forgotten your password you will be able to recover it via the recover password option, your password reminder will then be emailed to you.
You may order online using a credit / debit card. We accept UK and International Maestro (all only with secure code) Mastercard, Debit Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB and American Express. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and credit / debit card transactions for orders outside the UK will be converted by the card company at their current exchange rates.

Our site is as secure as we can make it.
All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Sage Pay (http://www.sagepay.com), a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. At MAMAMI.CO.UK we don't hold your credit card details on the website. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, MAMAMI.CO.UK uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. Further security information can be found within your browser. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the bottom of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
Please be assured that we consider all the information you share with us totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent. For details please read the MAMAMI.CO.UK Privacy Policy. In order to register as a user at MAMAMI.CO.UK, we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. In order to process credit card orders online, we will also need information including your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiration date. We will use your billing and credit card information to process your order and inform you of its delivery. Please note that MAMAMI.CO.UK does not keep your credit card details on the MAMAMI.CO.UK website, and these details are therefore protected from any breach of security at the MAMAMI.CO.UK website. Navigational information is only used for internal purposes to enhance the customer shopping experience and site usability and is not shared with any outside parties. Financial information is used to check the user's qualifications and to bill the user for products.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
In assessing your request for goods or services, we may use your information for the purposes of the prevention and detection of fraud. At all times where we disclose your information, please be assured it will remain secure.
3-D Secure is a credit and debit card authorisation program, implemented by Visa and MasterCard, to help reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online transactions. Put simply, 3-D Secure is the Internet equivalent of Chip & PIN at Point-of-Sale.
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. This does not mean your order has been accepted by us. Once your payment has been approved, the receiving address has been verified, and the item has been located, your order will be accepted and the item shipped.
We will ship to most countries in the world. MAMAMI BY CHET uses Parcel Force Worldwide as its UK and International shipping partner. We offer the following postage and packaging rates.

Orders placed on a Friday, Weekend or Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day and will arrive in accordance to the delivery method chosen. Goods will always require a signature on receipt of delivery.

If your order is being dispatched to a destination outside the EU, you will be solely responsible for any customs, tax or duty charges. Please be aware these may cause a delay to your delivery.
Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which both these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter. Take into account which delivery option you have selected.

All orders are gift wrapped and delivered to your chosen delivery address. If your order is a gift, we can add a handwritten gift card with our compliments. Just add your gift message during checkout.
There may be additional duties or taxes payable by you on receipt of the goods by customs in your country. MAMAMI BY CHET cannot accept responsibility for these costs.
We hope you love your new mamami baby bag but if for any reason we fail to meet your expectations we will offer you a full refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) as long as you return your item in the condition described below to our UK returns address within 7 days of receipt. Returns received outside this time frame may only be accepted at our discretion.
UK customers can return goods for free of charge. Sorry we do not provide a free returns service for overseas customers. UK customers please follow the procedure set out below. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All items must be returned in a new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging still intact.
Please follow the returns procedure below:
- Email mamami at enquiries@mamami.co.uk requesting a returns form and we will email out to you a returns form.
- Re-package your item in the box and dust bag together with all original packaging.
- Print out a copy of your returns form and ensure it is filled out and placed inside the box.
- Take the package to your local post office where you can return it to us for free of charge. Just make sure you retain your certificate of postage.
- We will email you to confirm receipt of your return/exchange
- A refund or exchange will then be issued upon the satisfactory receipt of the item.
Please retain Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items you must follow the standard returns process as detailed above.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds to you will be made within 28 days of the date of return of the item to MAMAMI BY CHET. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments and excluding all original shipping charges. As previously stated, international customs duties and sales taxes are non- refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
